Who can order from the B2B store?
The store is intended for wholesale and professional customers. Account and business details may be required to complete an order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum total order value is €100 excluding VAT. Individual products may also have minimum quantities, which are shown on the product page and enforced when the item is added to the cart.
Are all products manufactured by ERYCANDLES?
The catalogue includes candles manufactured by ERYCANDLES as well as selected products, raw materials and accessories supplied by partner brands. The brand and model are displayed on each product page.
Delivery and Payment
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00, by prior arrangement.
How are orders delivered?
Within Attica, orders of €250 or more excluding VAT can be delivered free of charge with an ERYCANDLES vehicle. Orders outside Attica are normally dispatched through a freight transport agency. See the Delivery Information page for the current terms.
Which payment methods are available?
The available methods depend on the order and delivery method and are displayed during checkout. See the Payment Methods page for details.
Products and Custom Projects
Can I request a custom or private-label candle?
Yes, depending on the product, specifications and quantity. Customisation may include colour, fragrance, dimensions, decoration, packaging or private-label presentation. Contact us with the required product and estimated quantity for evaluation.
Do colours and finishes match the photographs exactly?
Product photographs are representative. Small variations may occur between production batches, screens and material finishes. Select the required option on the product page and contact us if exact matching is critical.
Do you supply customers outside Greece?
Yes. International wholesale enquiries are evaluated according to destination, products and volume. Please contact us before ordering so transport and export details can be confirmed.
