1. Scope and business use

These terms govern access to and orders placed through b2b.erycandles.gr, operated by ERYCANDLES A.E., Volou 3, 18346 Moschato, Attica, Greece (“ERYCANDLES”, “we”, “us”).

The store is intended exclusively for wholesale customers, companies, sole traders, professionals and other persons acting for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession. By registering or ordering, you confirm that you are acting in a business capacity and are authorised to bind the business whose details you provide.

2. Customer accounts

We may request business, tax, billing and contact information before approving or processing an order. You must provide complete and accurate information, keep it updated and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have promptly notified us of suspected unauthorised use.

Creating an account does not guarantee approval, credit terms, product availability or acceptance of an order.

3. Products and catalogue information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images are representative, and colours, finishes, dimensions, fragrance perception, packaging and other characteristics may vary slightly between screens, materials and production batches. The selected option, model, brand and minimum quantity shown on the product page form part of the order details.

The catalogue includes products manufactured by ERYCANDLES and selected products, raw materials or accessories supplied by partner brands. Customers must assess whether a product is suitable for their intended professional use and follow all supplied safety, storage and use instructions.

4. Prices, taxes and minimum quantities

The applicable prices, taxes, delivery charges and other costs are those displayed or confirmed for the order before acceptance. Whether VAT is included or added is stated in the relevant order, checkout, invoice or written quotation. Obvious pricing, calculation or technical errors do not bind ERYCANDLES, and we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Minimum order quantities vary by product and are shown on the product page or stated in a written quotation. A product may not be ordered below the applicable minimum unless ERYCANDLES expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase and does not by itself oblige ERYCANDLES to supply. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. An order is accepted when ERYCANDLES expressly confirms it, issues the applicable commercial document, begins agreed production or dispatches the goods.

Acceptance is subject to availability, account approval, payment or agreed credit terms, correct pricing, transport feasibility and any product-specific requirements. If we cannot accept an order, we will inform the customer and refund any amount paid for goods that will not be supplied.

6. Custom and private-label projects

Custom products, private-label packaging, colour matching, fragrance, printing, decoration, dimensions and other modifications are subject to separate technical and commercial approval. Quantities, tolerances, artwork, samples, lead times, payment stages and other specifications are confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of names, logos, artwork, barcodes, instructions and other material it supplies. Production may begin after approval of the relevant specifications or proof. Changes or cancellation after approval or production has started are subject to ERYCANDLES’ written agreement and may require payment of work completed, committed materials and other reasonable costs.

7. Payment

Available payment methods depend on the order and delivery arrangement and are described on the Payment Methods page or in the applicable quotation or invoice. The customer must pay in the currency and by the deadline agreed for the order. Bank charges incurred by the customer or intermediary banks are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ERYCANDLES may suspend production, withhold dispatch or cancel an unaccepted order where payment or required account information has not been received.

8. Delivery and collection

Collection and delivery arrangements are described on the Delivery & Collection page and may also be confirmed separately for an order. Delivery dates are estimates unless ERYCANDLES expressly agrees a fixed date in writing. Delays may occur because of production, availability, carriers, freight agencies, customs, force majeure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer must provide accurate delivery details, ensure that the premises can receive the goods and pay transport, customs, storage, redelivery or other charges assigned to the customer under the agreed delivery terms. For shipments through a freight transport agency, the agency and costs may be agreed before dispatch.

9. Inspection, shortages and non-conforming goods

Business customers should inspect goods promptly after receipt. Any visible shortage, transport damage, incorrect item or apparent non-conformity should be reported to ERYCANDLES as soon as reasonably possible, with the order or invoice number, product model, quantity and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Do not use, alter, relabel or resell goods that are the subject of an apparent claim before ERYCANDLES has had a reasonable opportunity to assess them. Any remedy, including replacement, credit, repair or refund, is determined according to the nature of the issue, the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.

10. Cancellations and returns

The B2B store is not intended for consumer purchases. The statutory consumer right to withdraw from certain distance contracts does not apply to transactions made for business purposes. If a buyer is legally acting as a consumer despite the information provided, any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A business order may be cancelled or returned only with ERYCANDLES’ prior written agreement, under the specific order or quotation, or where required by applicable law. Custom, private-label, made-to-order, opened, used, altered or specially sourced goods may not be suitable for return.

11. Customer responsibilities

The customer must comply with applicable laws and product instructions concerning transport, storage, labelling, resale, safety and intended use. ERYCANDLES is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate customer information, unsuitable storage, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow supplied instructions.

12. Intellectual property

The website, catalogue content, ERYCANDLES names, logos, photographs, designs and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. Product information may be used only as reasonably necessary to market genuine products purchased from ERYCANDLES, unless we state otherwise.

No rights in customer-owned artwork or trademarks are transferred to ERYCANDLES beyond the permission necessary to evaluate and fulfil the requested project.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to mandatory law and any specific written agreement, ERYCANDLES is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, customer misuse, inaccurate instructions or unauthorised changes to goods.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural events, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, strikes, shortages of energy or materials, transport disruption, government measures, system failure or carrier delay. The affected party should inform the other where reasonably possible, and the parties will seek a practical solution.

15. Personal data

Personal data connected with accounts, enquiries and orders is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes, applicable law and disputes

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The version applicable to an accepted order is the version in force when the order was placed, together with any written quotation or order-specific agreement.

These terms and B2B transactions are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule or different written agreement that applies to a specific transaction. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute through direct business communication.
